April's Affections and Intrigues: Love and Mystery Bloom
Pat White
Pat White has been spinning stories in her head ever since
she was a little girl, stories filled with handsome
princes, mountainous lands and the magic we call love. In
the early 90s, she took a break from her career as a public
relations manager to raise her children. As a free-lance
writer and housewife with two toddlers, Pat began writing
romantic fiction as a diversion from potty training, Barney
re-runs and pre-bedtime meltdowns. With her computer on
the dining room table, she wrote romantic suspense and
romantic comedy novels starring mercenaries, figure skaters
and senior citizens (no, not all in the same book.) Seven
years later, after having finaled in the prestigious Golden
Heart Contest six times—a national record—she finally sold
two books and was an overnight succcess!
