Jane Graves
Pseudonym: Jane Sullivan.
At the age of five, Jane Graves was already creating
her own illustrated stories, and by the time she
graduated from high school, the passion still hadn't
faded. She attended the University of Oklahoma, where
she earned a B.A. in Journalism in the Professional
Writing program.
In 1999, Jane was a finalist for Romance Writers of
America's Golden Heart Award, which honors the best
unpublished manuscripts in any given year. This led to
the sale of her first book. To date, she has written
fourteen novels, and more than half a million of her
books are in print worldwide. Her books have been
translated into a dozen languages, with three titles
reaching the Top 100 on Amazon Germany. One of her
books has been optioned by CinePartners, an
independent film production company, where it is
currently in development.
Jane is a six-time finalist for Romance Writers of
America's Rita Award, the industry's highest honor, as
well as a winner of the National Readers' Choice
Award, the Booksellers' Best Award, and the Golden
Quill.
Jane lives in the Dallas metroplex with her husband of
twenty-four years, a daughter working on her master's
degree, and a beautiful but crafty cat who has no
trouble ruling the household with one paw tied behind
her back.
