Mark deCastrique

Mark de Castrique is a North Carolina native, currently living in Charlotte. He was raised in the mountain town of Hendersonville. Being from a small town hasnít stopped him from doing big things, though. He earned two B.A. degrees in English Literature and Radio, Television, & Motion Pictures while attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. De Castrique, inspired by his eldest daughterís college opportunities, returned to school, attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he earned an M.A. in English Literature. Not only does he write intriguing novels, but he is also a producer for television and film. His work has earned Emmy, Clio, and Telly awards. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and talents with others, serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
