Brandy Jordan

Brandy Jordan has been writing since a teen, though her stories have evolved from fan fiction (before the term had been invented) to romantic suspense tales interwoven with humorous prose. A former technical support supervisor for a large corporate travel company, she decided to take the reduction in force post 9/11 as a sign from above and began following her dreams. Brandy currently lives outside of Houston with her husband, two precocious boys, 2 dogs, 1 cat, a bird, 2 guinea pigs, some fish, 1 leopard gecko and a firebelly toad. It’s a small zoo, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.

A member of RWA, Brandy is an active member of her local chapter, serving as newsletter editor for the past few years and contest judge for several contests including the Golden Heart®.

Writing awards include 2006 Golden Acorn – 4th place; 2006 MSRW Dixie – 4th place; 2006 Romance Junkies Contest Finalist and 2007 Emily finalist.
