I love living in Connecticut as well. It's a beautiful state. I love when takes me to a
place I haven't been and can get swept up in the culture, society and traditions.

There are places in Maine that I've read about that sounded
beautiful, as well as places in North Carolina. I love
reading about places on the water, mostly, and if lighhouses
are nearby, or even part of the story, all the better!! I'm
looking forward to reading about your latest story. I can't
recall ever being in Connecticut, when I went out to New
England many years ago, but that part of the country is
beautiful, and quaint in its' own way. I'm sure your book
is beautifully done. Congratulations!!

You're so right, anything on the water really is special. New England has some
spectacular lights houses on the coast. Sometime I try to decide if I'd prefer a
house on a lake or the ocean…lol…like it'll ever matter. Until I'm done paying for
college, I'm landlocked :-)

I have been to all 50 states and most of the world but not yet
to Ireland or Greece. I would love to see Ireland. I love to
travel.

Wow, Leona! All 50 states is impressive! I'd love to travel cross country and add a
few more to my list. European travel is one of my favorites, although I haven't
been to either of those countries you mentioned. Next year we plan to go to the
UK. Travel is a gift of its own. Hope you some day get to see Ireland or Greece…

My family has enjoyed traveling with my husband on business trips. We
just go wherever he needs to be and start exploring. We've found so many
interesting places that way. But for living, we are both native to the
Washington, DC area. As teens we vowed to never live here after
marriage, then we moved to a couple of different states for college and
grad school. Surprise surprise, we found that there really is " no place like
home" and have been living very happily back in the old home place!! Your
book sounds like a winner because it is not a repeat of what I've read
already. Love originality!!
