Romance Paranormal

In a violent world where fallen archangels are hunted for their valuable plumage, Wren knows one thing for certain: the human woman who saved him from a poacher attack will die if she stays with him. The demon responsible for his parents’ gruesome deaths two decades ago pines for the chance to rip apart any woman who stands under Wren’s wing.

Wren doesn’t expect Ginger to stay by his side once she discovers his ability to drain life with a mere touch, yet she lingers. When an unusual talent of her own reveals the location of Wren’s father, Wren’s isolated world implodes. With the help of the demon protectors he’s sworn never to trust again, Wren risks everything to rescue his father, confront the demon who stalks his and Ginger’s every step, and claim his eternity with the most courageous woman he’s ever known.

Re: Out in Blue

I like how vampires have great strength and muscles.

Wings are sexy. :) I am a straight girl and I find them sexy... I guess there's a reason why Victoria's Secrets use them yr after yr! :)

I also find angels exciting---love their wings also, they make me calm and non anxious.

I'm an angel lover...always have been, always will be.
I remember a story where God sent the angels down to earth to watch over the humans. They were not suppose to let the humans know they were there. Some of the angels fell in love with the humans, and decided to interact with them & love them. Those angels were cast out of heaven, and became known as fallen angels. They lost their wings in the story.

I enjoy shape shifters, though I don't think I would like to be one.

Hmmm, Wings all the way. Though,I wouldn't want to fly. Afraid of heights. LOL.

Your comments now have me wondering about wings. Hadn 't thought of them as sexy. I'm gonna have to check yours out. Thanks for the info and would love a chance to read yours.

Fav paranormal trait... I enjoy them all... the mystique and magic of all the supernatural powers and abilities...

I love Angels. I believe in Angels and love reading anything associated with them. As the song goes, "I believe there are Angels among up." And I truly do.

Vicki Hancock 1:15pm September 13, 2011)

That is a difficult question as I like different traits at
different times. The softness of fur in a Shapeshifter, the
excitement of fangs to the neck with Vampires and the thrill
of flying with Angels all appeal dependant on my reading mood.

I LOVE AN ANGEL...WE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT!
(
Silvana Moscato 1:52pm September 13, 2011)

The wings on angels are so ethereal and the way they glide and hover is amazing. Wings get my vote and I like the way they work out issues.

I love vampires but have a great fondness for angels: Nalini Singh's Guild-Hunter series with both Angels and Vampires!

I collect angel figurines, and believe they exist!

I have always enjoyed the paranormal, as far as
the traits..I like the abilities the ability to soothe,
telekensis, great strength.. it is the abilities that
makes the story grasp me, keep me intrigued,
especially when there is the anti hero and
climatic build up with the " powers " - wow.
(
Carla Carlson 2:31pm September 13, 2011)

I love anything paranormal so I don't really have a preference. As long as the story is not ridiculous and is engaging... I don't care if it's a shape shifting tortoise who is turned into a vampire as long as the plot is good :)
(
Erin Fender 2:33pm September 13, 2011)

I'm going to go with eyes. As humans they are already windows to our souls but for a paranormal creature they can go way beyond that. They can hypnotize, see deeper and empower them. Very cool!
(
Na S 3:00pm September 13, 2011)

I've always loved vampires, but until recently I wouldn't have even thought of an angel in a romantice setting; but I do love the duality of not supposed to have sexuality/having it anyway and the conflict it creates!

Oh...what a paranormal good book...............love to win a copy of Out In Blue by Sarah Gilman

Angel Kisses. When ever I felt a stirring that touched my skin and was unexplainable, I referred to that as Angel Kisses. I've always believed in Angels and their guidance, why not love and caresses.
(
Rosemary Simm 4:06pm September 13, 2011)

Somehow I've never thought of angels as "paranormal". I've
always felt they were "invisible" helpers for us mortals!

Clydia DeFreese 4:40pm September 13, 2011)

I love the fact that some Angels have the ability to heal.

Speaking of angels and vampires, Paul Wesley from the Vampire Diaries played an angel in Fallen, which originally aired on the A.B.C. Family Channel a few years back. It's on D.V.D. and is about four hours.

I love stories about angels, they give everyone hope.

Angel wings!
(
Lisa Garrett 8:12pm September 13, 2011)

This might sound like a lame answer, but I really like shape-shifting, and I'll tell you why. I would really like to be able to become not only an animal, but another person, should the time arise where I felt threatened in any way. I think it would be really neat to do. How many other people would have that capability? I love animals anyway, and to be able to turn into one for any period of time whenever I wanted to, I think would be great!! I'm also a lover of Angels, but never thought of them as sexy, so I'm looking forward to reading your book. I thought the cover, although simplistic, is very elegant. I mean it with the most heartfelt respect. Good luck with the book. I'm sure it will do well.
(
Peggy Roberson 8:25pm September 13, 2011)

I really have to agree with you - wings are sexy and fascinating. Who wouldn't love to fly. And there's always the question of whether they are good or evil. Facinating subject.
(
Jeanne Sheats 10:13pm September 13, 2011)

I love time travel and ghost stories. :)
(
Molly Wilsbacher 11:06pm September 13, 2011)

I have always been intrigued by angels. I am drawn to the conflicted relationships they may have with humans.
(
Karen Origer-Greco 11:40pm September 13, 2011)

Enjoyed your blog.
(
Sheila True 11:42pm September 13, 2011)

sounds like a great book and i cant wait to read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(
Jennifer Beck 11:51pm September 13, 2011)

Now that is a very hard question! I love them all, the more exotic the better sometimes. I suppose I have always had a bit of a crush on the vamps though. :^)
(
Heidi Durham 10:47am September 14, 2011)

My favorite paranormal physical trait would have to be angel wings, since they're so beautiful. Vampires are interesting characters, but the fangs and blood diet is a little gross. I'd rather read about angels even in a romantic or unusual story.
