In UP TO ME by M. Leighton featuring Olivia and Cash life
just got
a little harder. UP TO ME starts off where Down to You left
off with Olivia basically finding out Cash's big secret lie
and life and she's not sure if she can handle being with yet
another bad boy who she basically knows nothing about. Cash
is trying to make Olivia see that it will all be worth it in
the end. Even if it is just for love.
I absolutely loved DOWN TO YOU by M. LEIGHTON it was such a
romantic, hot and steamy love triangle that I couldn't get
enough of. Olivia is crushing on both Cash and Nash who just
happen to be twin brothers. Little does she know that both
boys are not who they seem to be. Near the end of DOWN TO
YOU Olivia find out the truth but also find out that Cash
and now her are both in danger from the people who killed
half of Cash's family.
In UP TO ME Cash and Olivia must now
find a way to keep each other safe from the ghosts of Cash's
past but must also find a way to deal with their feelings
for each other. I loved the character of Olivia, I felt like
she was fierce and sassy and knew what she wanted and
would stop at nothing to have it all but she also didn't
know
how to keep her feelings for Cash at bay.
She was afraid to
love Cash because in her eyes he is a bad boy and that is
the type of men she is trying to stay away from. Little does
she know that Cash will prove her wrong time and time again
and show that he is the man of her dreams.
I really loved both of these books, they are written really
well and the story line leaves you wanting more. These
stories show about the struggles relationships actually have
and prove to you that love may be worth it in the end.
I will definitely be reading more from this author.
For Olivia, romantic bliss has never felt so right as it
does with Cash. Unpredictable, except when it comes to
satisfying her desires, Cash’s ‘bad boy’ reputation is well-
earned, but he’s turning his life around with the one woman
who accepts him for who he is.
Until strangers from the past turn Olivia and Cash’s world
upside down. What they want is something only Cash can give
them. And if he doesn’t deliver, then they’re taking the one
thing that Cash values the most.
Olivia always knew that in falling for Cash she was likely
to get burned. But this new threat is beyond anything she
imagined. Now she has to trust Cash with her life—and for
Olivia that’s much easier than letting go, and trusting him
with her heart.

Excerpt
Cash's back is to me. I see him run his fingers through
his hair and I hear him sigh again. "I'm asking you to
trust me, Olivia." He turns to face me. "Trust in what you
know about me. Because I know, if you stop listening to
your fear, you know who I am. Deep down. You know me,
Olivia. You know me."
His voice is sincere. His expression is urgent. I close
my eyes against his face, his handsome face, the face that
haunts both my waking and my sleeping world. I open them
again when I feel warm hands cup my cheeks. Cash is a
breath away, his eyes oceans of midnight, drawing me out
into the deep.
"It's me," he says softly. "Stop listening to
everything else. Remember the way you feel when I'm kissing
you and touching you. Don't think with your head. You know
me. And when my lips are on yours, you trust me." As if to
make his point, he dips his head and brushes his mouth over
mine. Sparks fly between us. As always. "You trust me,
when my hands are on your skin." He runs his palms down my
arms and then over to my waist where he pushes them up under
the edge of my shirt. Chills break out down my back. "You
trust me when you turn your mind off, when you just feel."
