BLOOD BARGAIN by Maria Lima is an interesting tale full of
twists and turns. Keira and her brother Tucker find
themselves in the midst of mayhem. Between trying to find a
bunch of missing teens to finding the whereabouts of an
illegal immigrant, the siblings find themselves in the
middle of many a mystery. During all that is happening
Keira must also deal with her vampire lover Adam and his
refusal to drink fresh blood so that he can stay alive. As
she tries to find answers Keira starts to hear whispers.
Someone seems to be calling to her. Yet she cannot pin
these whispers down. Keira has yet to turn and having a
mother who is sidhe and a father who is a shifter she has
no idea what she will turn into once it happens. Will
Tucker and Keira be able to figure it all out before time
runs out? With the help of each of their perspective other
half's they try to find out all that is going on before it
all breaks loose. Marie Lima brings takes the readers on a
ride that they soon won't forget. Full of magic and action
this book keeps you interested until the end. Each of the
characters are full of depth and emotions, especially the
sibling relationship between Tucker and Keira. This book
ends with a bang and has the reader waiting for the next in
this series.
