Shmel Carter

Shmel Carter is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, where she currently resides. Ms. Carter has been struggling with diabetes since the age of 18. A graduate of North Shaw University in Raleigh, she is the mother of three kids whom she loves dearly. She has been exploring her passion for writing since she was twelve. With many projects in the works, she is plotting to make her way to the top.
