Denny S. Bryce is a bestselling author of historical fiction. Her award-winning titles include Wild Women and the Blues, The Other Princess: A Novel of Queen Victoria’s Goddaughter, and Can’t We Be Friends: A Novel of Ella Fitzgerald and Marilyn Monroe (co-authored with Eliza Knight). Her most recent release is The Trial of Mrs. Rhinelander. She writes stories about love, family, resilience, and the complexities of identity in historical settings with diverse cultural landscapes, blending elements of romance, mystery, or suspense.
A former marketing and PR firm owner and professional dancer in New York City, she is now an adjunct professor at Drexel University, teaching in its Master of Fine Arts program. Denny is a frequent speaker on writing craft and process, diversity in literature, and women’s history. A member of the Historical Novel Society (HSN), Women’s Fiction Writers Association (WFWA), and Tall Poppy Writers, she currently resides in Savannah, Georgia.
