A quick and easy meal/snack are two things for us:
Recipe one (armodillo eggs): 1 tube of ground hamburger, a package of shredded pepper-jack, a jar of jalapeno slices.
pre-heat the oven to 375
roll into balls, using thumb to make a hole in the center. Add cheese and a jalapeno slice before closing balls.
Recipe two (goulash): Elbow macaroni (with a small amount of water), sauce, meat (or tofu if you're going for a vegetarian route), plus tomato, onion and peppers.
Heat pan on medium, add oil or butter to pan then mix your elbow macaroni and sauce along with the vegetables; Add the elbow macaroni and the meat (or tofu) to the pan, cook for ten minutes, stirring occasionally. I added oregano to the mix while cooking it one time, tis up to you if you do so however.
