Re: Sapphires Are an Earl's Best Friend (10:18am March 6, 2014):

I also love it when secondary characters get their own story. I also love to see the recurring characters from previous books (from any author) make an appearance, as I love to keep up with their lives too.

I recommend your books to everybody Shana, as you never fail to disappoint.

Re: Lord Of Darkness (3:30pm March 4, 2013):

I've been waiting F O R E V E R for "Lord of Darkness" to come out. I've relished all the other books in the series, and can't wait to read this.

Thank you for this opportunity to win, and congratulations on your new release.

Re: The Mistress Memoirs (9:55am February 20, 2013):

I absolutely love "character interviews". I always get a big kick out of them, and also a laugh.

Your new book sounds wonderful, and just the type of book that I love to read. I adore anything with mystery, intrigue, romance, and most of all, a "Happy Ever After".

Thank you for this chance to win "The Mistress Memoirs". The cover is gorgeous.

Re: When You Give A Duke A Diamond (9:24pm September 8, 2012):

I like a strong, sassy heroine. I like her to have a sense of
adventure, and also a sense of humor.

I want to read this book so badly Shana. Thanks for another
great opportunity.

Re: A Scandalous Countess (5:42pm February 13, 2012):

I love anything to do with the Georgian or Regency eras. I do think that the clothes for women during Georgian times were much nicer than the "Empire Line" style of the Regency period. I also love all the bawdy and risque behaviour of the Georgians.

All of the articles were simply fascinating, and I learned many new things today. It really enlightened me, and I love being entertained by all you wonderful Authors regardless of which era you write about.

Thank you all for such an amazing and very generous giveaway.

Re: Engaged in Sin (12:49pm November 7, 2011):

The tortured hero is one of my favorite types of Hero. Dark, broody and withdrawn, and losing themselves in liquor. It’s those very layers that need to be peeled away slowly and expose what he is trying to conceal. Who wouldn't love to be the woman to heal him?

Thank you for this opportunity.

Re: The Last Rising (11:21am September 17, 2011):

Thanks for giving me a good laugh. I've just finished reading "The Love Slave" by Bertrice Small. Wow, there were a lot of "Hmmm" moments in that book. The one "hmmm" that really surprised me was when the hero was licking her foot, and pressed some sort of spot there that sent shots of lust all through her body. Hmmm, I wonder whereabouts on the foot that is?

I also had a lot of "Ahh" and "Ooh" moments too.

Thank you for this opportunity.

Sorry that this is a duplicate entry, only I needed to add a couple more things to my original entry but, could not delete that one.

Re: Lord and Lady Spy (11:51am September 9, 2011):

Hi Shana,

I'm so glad that you liked my choices of the two veery delectably gorgeous men, Henry and Richard. I'm overwhelmed that I won, and want to say a huge "Thank You" to you. I can't wait to read "Lord and Lady Spy". By the way, the cover art is amazing, I adore the color of Lady Spy's dress.

Thank you again for choosing me.

Re: Lord and Lady Spy (3:16pm September 8, 2011):

oops, I meant "gorgeously".

Re: Lord and Lady Spy (3:15pm September 8, 2011):

Hi Shana,

What a great cast you have lined up. However, did you consider Henry Cavill (The Tudors) or Richard Armitage for Daniel's part? Both of them are georgeously sexy.....

I love spy stories and, this one is intriguing as it's both the husband and wife.

Thank you for another opportunity Shana.

Re: In The Heat Of The Bite (1:37pm July 19, 2011):

Thank you for a very interesting and awesome review. I'm not normally into Vampire Historical Romance. However, this has fairly whetted my appetite and, I would love to be in with a chance to win it.

Many times after finishing a book that I've enjoyed, I always wonder what happens to the secondary characters that are mentioned in books. I think it's great that you have decided to explore this aspect.

By the way, I love the art work on the front cover. It's very sensual, and also, very appealing.

Re: The Dark Enquiry (5:15pm June 28, 2011):

Thanks for a very eye-opening interview. I had no idea how naughty they were back then. I was always of the opinion that these people were very straight-laced, possibly because of how Queen Victoria was portrayed. Also, what an exciting time for these people, new things were being invented and, times were definitely changing.

I really enjoy a book when I'm enlightened, enriched and also being entertained all at the same time.

Thank you for this awesome opportunity.

Re: Awaken The Highland Warrior (11:23am May 18, 2011):

The characters are definitely a part of the Author's imagination, otherwise, how could they come up with such vivid storylines. It has to be something that they've imagined or dreamt about. Case in point - as in your dream about your son and you being in a castle with a couple of evil people.

Your book sounds incredible, it's not normally the genre that I would read but, I would definitely read this and perhaps you could be responsible for turning me onto a different genre of book in the future.

The Highlander and background on your book cover is simply awesome.

Re: Bastian (1:59pm May 1, 2011):

Hi Elizabeth,

I was friends with my husband before we got married. In fact, I was dating his friend before John and I discovered that we had so much more in common. We've now been married for 40 years and, still adore each other, even through all our ups and downs.

It's good that Will and Kate have known each other for a number of years as they had a nice firm friendship before gettng married.

Have to go now and start doing Sunday dinner, Roast Beef, Yorkshire Puddings and all the other trimmings.

Warm wishes,

Diane

Re: Never A Gentleman (10:51am April 26, 2011):

I'm sorry to say that I haven't read "Never A Gentleman" yet. I have read "Barely A Lady" and really enjoyed that. If "Never A Gentleman" is anything like your other books then, I just know that I will enjoy this book too. I'm intrigued by the review of this in that Grace is just a "plain crippled girl", as opposed to the "usual beauty" that is the norm. I would love to read this book.

Re: The Devil in Disguise (7:54pm April 24, 2011):

I would like to read in your newsletter when you are about to release a new book:
1. What made you decide on the character and storyline of the book.
2, How long it took you to write the book from start to finish.
3. Once you finish writing the book you are working on, then how long it will be before you start another book.

Many thanks.

Re: Highland Heat (1:10pm March 21, 2011):

Your book sounds great and, there's nothing sexier than a man in a kilt.

Re: An Unlikely Countess (10:26am March 19, 2011):

I would hate to go from "riches to rags". I much prefer all the glitz, luxury and everything that goes with it. Had I lived in that time era, I'm afraid that I would have wanted to belong to the "ton" and not the lower classes. I guess that makes me a snob but come on, let's be realistic here, who wouldn't want the more luxurious life. Partying, balls, beautiful clothes, every need catered to compared to scrubbing steps, doing laundry till your hands are raw and red and, wearing drab clothes. Ooops, I could go on and on so, had better stop now.

Re: What I Did For A Duke (11:52am March 10, 2011):

I don't have this book so, therefore, am unable to answer the question on the name of the spider.

Re: Taste Me (8:55pm March 9, 2011):

I've always read Historical Romance. I feel that now I should give other Authors' a chance by breaking out into a different genre. This would be the perfect start for me if I were to win.

Re: Scandal of the Year (10:23am March 4, 2011):

I adore Historical Romance books and all the thought and details that you wonderful writers put into them. This is so different with the heroine driving a car - a huge difference to riding in a carriage.

Re: Wicked Seduction (11:15am March 2, 2011):

Wow, I adore Historical Romance books and, always get deeply involved in the book I am reading. I become the "lady" and the hero becomes "my man". It's wonderful to be given the opportunity to read these wonderful books.
