Re: Strung Out To Die (12:42pm August 19, 2013):

HI! After reading about you and "cozies".... I am already hooked and ready to string along! I am SO VERY EXCITED about your contest.. I really didn't know about "cozies" etc until just now (poor uneducated me! WOW what have I been missing!) Not for long though, I hope. If I am lucky enough to win your contest, I will be able to learn alot with all those books! It sounds perfect, a great story and learning new things (although I try to learn something new with every book I read, this makes it even better) Thanks for explaining about "cozies" to those of us un-aware and Thanks also for having this contest for your readers. Good Luck to all (but...sorry readers...I am truely hoping that I win! LOL). Have a great day and keep up the terrific writing!

Re: Capitol Murder (12:10pm May 13, 2012):

Hi Mr. Margolin, I just read your interview and I am so excited to begin reading your books. They all sound amazing! Most of my favorite books and/or TV shows have something to do with either criminal law or cold cases. I would love to win your book "Capitol Murder". The trivia answer is... your upcpmong stand alone Dana Cutler novel called "The Ottomon Sepulcher". Thank you, Mr. Margolin, for having this contest for your fans! Good Luck Everyone.

Re: Kiss Of The Goblin Prince (7:33am May 12, 2012):

Hello! Hope you are having a great day. Although I have never read a book of this type, your book sounds exceptional and I look forward to the chance of winning it! I do want to thank you for having this contest (especially for those of us who have tiny budgets that don't allow the purchase of books...this way we can try to win one instead...WOOT!) Good Luck to Everyone! (Even though I do hope that I am the winner...LOL) Toodles..

Re: Under His Protection (2:43am April 29, 2012):

I love your new Alpha heroes ideas. I agree with you though... a strong, in control (but NOT the type that tries to control YOU), loving totally and ready to rescue "His Woman" type of man is so irresistable! I would love to win your book...either one would be fantastic, as I am looking forward to reading them all! Hahaha Good Luck everyone (But I am hoping that I will actually be the winner.. LOL) Hope you are having a wonderful Spring!

Re: Sunrise Point (2:28am April 29, 2012):

Excellent interview! Thanks for the contests you have for your fans...I know they all appreciate them as much as I do. :) The book you are refering to is called "Angel's Peak" . It sounds like another great book by you and I am hoping I will win it....although I will still wish everyone luck! Hope you are having a Wonderful Spring!!

Re: A Light On The Veranda (3:02pm March 30, 2012):

I agree that the setting is a major player in any story. I, like many other readers, read in order "to go" to other places to visit and meet new people. Therefore, I must be able to easily "see" this new place I am visiting and get to know it well. This will only happen if the author makes the setting "come alive" to the reader. Your book sounds fantastic! I am hoping that I will be the Lucky winner so I can "visit" this magical, mysterious place called "Natchez". Although I will wish everyone luck in your contest, I still will hope that I will win. Thank you for having this contest for us. Have a wonderful day!!

Re: Sanctuary Cove (6:13pm March 28, 2012):

I love small towns and stories about them. Your book sounds great and I hope I am the lucky one to win it! Yes, they do need some new shows but I agree the Good Wife, NCIS, Person of Interest etc are all good shows. I also think Undercover Boss is a good show and more companies should do something along the same idea to REALLY see and understand what some employee actually are putting up with on a daily basis.
Although I just "found" you as an author, I am excited that I did and I am looking forward to reading some of your books. I do read some of the authors you and others have mentioned and think they are great. If your work is like theirs, I already Know that you are great too. :)
GOOD LUCK to all (but I do hope that I win...sorry to be so selfish). Have a great evening!

Re: Secrets of the Knight (6:19am February 13, 2012):

Hi! Happy Valentines Day! (early, LOL) Your book sounds terrific and I will enter your contest, but will have to give the prize (if I win) to my granddaughter, who has a Kindle Fire. I would have no other way to read it. I hope to win one of those someday. I would have to agree with Tracie as that was the first movie that came to me also. Loved that movie!! Look forward to reading some of your books, as I just found you. Best of luck to all! Thanks for having contests so we are able to win your books. Hope you have a wonderful Valentines Day!

Re: The Stubborn Dead (2:30am January 30, 2012):

Oh my, do I collect...LOL. Lets see, cookbooks of any kind but preferably the old ones; books in general. Actually, for the past 20 years or so, I have had my own sort of lending library. (Books are so important to everyone and reading is wonderful for any age). I have boxes and tubs of books everywhere and share them with anyone and everyone with only one request - that they initial the inside cover so that I (hopefully) won't bring them a book they have already read, the next time I drop off a bag or box of books. Many of the people I take books to now, are those who are unable to get their own (finances, age, health etc). I am also a "fabric-holic" hahaha love to sew...especially doll clothes for 18" doll like the American Girl doll. Fountain pens...inks, ink wells etc- anything to do with old writing instuments (and yes, I do write with them too)So many other things, too many to mention. Love to walk, read, color, write stores, write letters, soak in the tub with a book, or sew are all types of ways for me to "de-stress". Thank you for this contest and a chance to win your book. It sounds awesome!

Re: Fever (2:05am January 30, 2012):

Congrat's and Best of Luck with your Fantastic sounding book "Fever". Your interview was terrific and I learned a lot from it about both of you. :) Thanks so much for having this contest. Although I wish Everyone Good Luck, I secretly hope that I will be the LUCKY winner! As far as goals, I haven't set any for many years. I used to set them but tended to set too many and ones that were nearly impossible (for me anyway) to reach. Of course, since I could never reach those goals, I stopped setting them. I decided I might try to set smaller, more reasonable ones that I will, with some effort, be able to reach. Hopefully this will give me enough encouragement (as I reach each one), to set a bit more difficult goals the next time. I was told that IF you do something daily for 2 weeks, it WILL become an automatic part of your daily routine. (I like the sound of that, LOL) A few of the goals I hope to achieve: 1. set aside a few hours a week to help someone, 2. try to schedule at least 1/2 hour each day to do some form of exercise to help improve my health 3. every month read a book by a new author(or new to me). Ms. Swan,I hope 2012 brings you much happiness and success with both"Fever" and "Blaze" (as well as, all the other books that are sure to follow).

Re: Double Dare (6:17pm January 29, 2012):

As stated before, there are so many professions that could be chosen. One that hasn't been mentioned yet are ice skaters. No, not the ones in ice hockey etc,(although they could definitely be included..haha) but competition skaters! WOW, they have to be in top shape (especially those who skate with a partner...lifting them above their heads etc.) They have to be dedicated, graceful, attention to detail, in top physical and mental health...(and most of them are quite handsome too, LOL). Another choice would be dancers....again...competition dancers. Perhaps ballroom dancing? Hmm... also agree with those choosing men whose jobs deal with helping people...all people from all walks of life, handling themselves and others in possible life-threatening circumstances. Yup, sure are lots to choose from and it is hard to pick just one! Thanks for having this contest. Good Luck Everyone!

Re: The Barrett Solution (3:26am January 21, 2012):

Happy 2012 and Best of Luck with your mid-summer release of "Finders-Keepers". Although I have not yet read "The Barret Solution", I hope the opportunity comes soon that I will be able to read it. Take Care & Best Wishes! Uekiya

Re: Sex, Lies and Surveillance (4:11am January 20, 2012):

Hi! Thanks for having the contest. I would have to agree with several others...Bourne and Bond (at least those are the ones that come to mind at the moment). Your book sounds fantastic! I haven't read many books of this type, as the first few pages did not catch my attention. Not so with yours....just reading that short excerpt, and I am "hooked"! I do think, perhaps, Mal Laughlin will be MY favorite one soon. LOL Would LOVE to win your book!! Good Luck to everyone... Toodles, Uekiya

Re: Lure of Song and Magic (2:51am January 18, 2012):

First, I want to Thank you for having this contest. After reading about your book, I am totally intrigued and hope I am the lucky one to win it. I think everyone has some psychic ability but very few people realize they have this gift or know how to use it. I would love to learn more about it myself someday, but in the meantime, enjoy reading books that include psychic ability or magic. I agree with Gladys, you only "need to look for magic" and you can see daily. Good Luck Everyone!

Re: Hushed (2:40am January 7, 2012):

My goal is to read at least one "new to me" author a month.

Re: Finding Felicity (6:00am December 25, 2011):

I hope to bring some assistance, happiness, company and His Word to whomever I can during this Holiday Season. Wishing you and yours a wonderful Holiday Season! Thank you for having this contest for all of your fans. Your book sounds very inviting and I would love to be the one to win. Good Luck to everyone! Merry Christmas!!

Re: Corpse On The Cob (12:30pm December 15, 2011):

This is my first time to your site and I am so glad that I
came! What a very interesting and unique site....a bit of
lots of stuff. Also, I am truely hoping to win one of your
books...they sound amazing! A relative of Poe? I am a fan
for sure!! Thanks for giving your fans (even the new ones)
a chance to win one of your books! What a perfect Christmas
gift...for ME! I will share it after. I have sort of a
lending library and have been sharing books for many many
years! I want everyone to experience the joy of reading!!
Happy Holidays to you and yours!

Re: How To Worship A Goddess (12:08pm December 15, 2011):

Maine winters can be beautiful and challenging but I do love
the state in general. Because winter is a major part of
Maine weather, then I guess I do like winter. LOL Would
enjoy it more if the cold didn't bother me so much but would
much rather have the 4 seasons rather than to live where it
is so warm/hot you go from air-conditioned house to air-
conditioned car to air-conditioned store and back again. NOT
for me! I want to be outside in the fresh air! Hmmm, hockey
player would need a competitive nature without being
violent, fair minded (win or loose, playing the game is the
goal), respect of others (men and women - on the ice as
well as off),a Gentleman, have good health and stamina,
great personality (get along well with others - be it
fellow players, opposing teams, family members or people in
general) Looks are not the top priority (but teeth would be
nice LOL).
Hope you and yours have a Wonderful Holiday season!!
Best Wishes,
Uekiya

Re: A Perfect Darkness (9:23pm December 14, 2011):

First of all, I want to THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! I am the
"Very Lucky" person who won your book "A Perfect Darkness"!!
WOOT! I can't believe I won but it arrived today. I am
very anxious to begin to read it but I am afraid nothing
else will get done until I finish it. Yes, I too think that
we all have some psychic abilities and I, for one, would
love to learn more about how to "tune into that ability", if
possible. Your choice of calling the series "Psychic
Romantic Suspense" is a fantastic idea. I think it will pull
in a lot of new readers....me included! LOL Just from what
I have read so far on your site, I know I am already a fan,
even though this will be the first book I have read of yours
(or any of this particular kind) and I can't wait! Thanks
again for my book and THANKS for giving your fans a chance
to win some of your books. I hope you and yours have a
Wonderful Holiday Season!! From your NEW FAN - "Best Wishes"

Re: Dreaming Of The Wolf (4:12am December 9, 2011):

MMMMMMMmmmmmm Good!! Hot homemade soup (of any kind LOL ) is one thing that always tastes good, but especially during the winter months. Coming in after shoveling out and plowing the driveway (which includes clearing off the 2 cars as well as the truck); I am so ready for a nice hot homemade soup to warm you up from the inside out. LOL I love to try new recipes, so I will probably be trying some of the ones I just read about here. I love any kind of chowder -- clam chowder, seafood chowder, corn chowder -- soups are Always great too! I love chicken soup and usually have plenty of things in the refrigerator that I can easily add to it, so my chicken soup rarely comes out the same as the time before. I do think one of my favorites would be French Onion soup (browned under the broiler with toasted garlic bread and loads of cheese on top, of course!)
Hope you and yours , as well as everyone here reading your blog, has a wonderful Holiday Season! Thanks for running the contest for your readers, that is really nice of you. Toodles....

Re: Beyond The Darkness (2:37am December 4, 2011):

What a fantastic sounding novel!! I am so excited about the whole series, especially since I have never read a book about "Shifters". Hmmm, your first series with "Shifters in regards to writing them and my first series about "Shifters" on the readers side. Sounds like a perfect match to me! LOL Yes, my life is constantantly changing but being an optomist, I try to approach each day as an exciting new challenge. It is to be a long winter (as usual up here in the Northern part of the US)so having a great new series to read will be amazing! Thank you for the opportunity to have a chance to win the first book of this series of intrigue (sort of a Christmas gift!! Yaay!) Good luck to all of you who are also hoping to be the LUCKY ONE to be chosen!! Happy Holidays to you and yours, Ms. Rush and to everyone reading this blog. :) Toodles....

Re: Pleating for Mercy (1:11pm August 5, 2011):

Hi Melissa! I am so excited about this new series and this contest! Thanks so much for offering such a great contest to your fans. I, too, was taught to sew by my mom at a very early age and have loved it ever since. My first major sewing project was also a dress...my pride and joy..LOL. I really have two favorite hobbies...reading and sewing. Not only am I a "Book-a-Holic" but also a "Fabric-a-Holic" and "Pattern-a-Holic". (All of which I enjoy sharing with others.) Needless to say, I have boxes of all of these, especially books that I take to people who are unable to get out and about to get their own to read. Most of my 'library' consists of books given to me or those purchased at yard sales for 5-25 cents. (I am on a limited income so New books are not an option). It would be so exciting to win a copy of your first book in this new and fun sounding series. I have both fingers and toes crossed that I will be one of the Lucky ones. HaHaHa! Thanks again for the chance to win one of your books. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

Re: Desperate Deeds (2:47am September 8, 2010):

I love reading just about any type of novel but I think Romantic Suspense is about my favorite. I think adding some mystery and suspense to a romantic situation just heightens the story even more...not only are you interested as to how the romance will progress but you are also intrigued with the wonder what did or will happen? It makes a great combination for terrific read. Can't wait to read this..it sounds fantastic! Sure hope I win but want to wish everyone "Good Luck"

Re: Death Threads (11:50pm June 14, 2010):

Your books sound fantastic! My sis used to live in So. Carolina and we sewed all the time whenever I went to visit her. Although I have not yet had the privilege to read any of your books (I just found you!), perhaps I will be lucky enough to win one. It is wonderful that you give your fans this chance to win one of your books. Good Luck everyone!

Re: Night Myst (12:24pm June 4, 2010):

Yasmine, I have not yet had the privilege of reading any of your books...I just found you! Hopefully, I will win (one from each series?? LOL) so that I will be lucky enough to be able to compare them. From all that I have read about you, I am sure that you are very able to keep readers of both series on the edge, eagerly devouring every word on every page, wondering what will happen next. I truly look forward to reading both of your series. My granddaughter is extremely interested in learning more about Witches, please be kind enough to tell me what a "Shamanic Witch" is..(I know very little, sorry, but am very eager to learn about anything that is an interest to her). Thank you for your time and allowing me to comment on your site. I hope you enjoy writing your two series at the same time...I am confident that you will do a superb job! from: A soon to be new-fan. Uekiya PS..Your name is beautiful!

Re: Demonkeepers (4:52am April 13, 2010):

I must admit, from what you have told us about Lucius, he will be my favorite. I tend to root for the quiet/little/different/ignored etc etc type character and love to see them emerge into someone that others (especially those who used to shun them or make fun of them)now admire. Lucius sounds like my favorite type of charactor...one that is, sort of, least likely to become a Hero. Sure hope that I can win this book and be able to read all about Lucius...he sounds perfect! Thanks for being so generous to your fans by having this contest for us. :)

Re: Dead Head (4:39am April 13, 2010):

Up here in Maine, we don't seem to have as many things happening as some of the larger cities in states outside of New England but one of the first comments you hear from those neighbors who are interviewed after a murder or something like that happens is "They seemed like such nice people and were friendly, quiet neighbors. I just can't believe it". It is the same everywhere I guess, people aren't close to their neighbors like they used to be in the 50's and 60's. Then, you could safely leave your cars and homes unlocked and not worry...your neighbors 'looked out' for you. Now it seems, they 'look out' just to see when you leave with other than "protection" in mind. Your contest is so unique! With all that is going on in my life right now, to be able to "dress up" and "pretend" to be someone else and just disappear for a day sounds so very inviting! Sure hope that I win! :) Thanks for being so generous and offering your fans such an unusual and fun contest.

Re: Big Girl (3:38am April 13, 2010):

I can't remember what book was actually my first one, but I did read a lot of Danielle Steele's books....had quite a collection of them. I also remember reading "Gone With the Wind".My sister was six years older than I and she too, loved to read so I read most everything she read. I do know that I would read practically anything that was readable and handy. I just simply loved to read.
