My favorite is Devil Cynster from Devil's Bride by Stephanie Laurens. I'm calling dibs on him as my historical book boyfriend. Honoria is his perfect match as I love sassy, feisty, strong intelligent women. What makes him so wonderful is because he knew she was perfect for him. He didn't fight it but had to fight to win her and he was not going to fail. All the Cynster men are that way...LOVE THEM!
The Bride from Julie Garwood is but one but there are tons of scenes in that one that are fabulous.
Alec's informing Jamie that he will not make her is true wife until she's wearing his plaid then he gives it to her to keep her warm when they camp for the night and she totally forgot his words, lol.
Beak, the stable master who taught Jamie , making sure that Alec understood that while he's come to fetch the bride the king has ordered him to take, the best choice of daughters would not be made available for him to choose but choose her he must or she will never truly be the woman she should be.
There is an ambush scene in Claimed by Tarah Scott that is one of my favorites as the small party of men try to protect the heroine and two other ladies. The hero shows his battle prowess which he's famous for but the ladies aren't scared and wish they were able to draw a sword or break out a bow and arrow so they can lend the men a hand to kill a few of the bastards. :)
I would marry the bad boy because not all of them are always bad. Some of them make the best husbands/fathers and I there'd always be that spice. Of course, I wouldn't say no to a good guy either, as long as he had a bad side for me ;)
