Re: Chime and Punishment (6:53pm August 7, 2017):

Love the titles of your books. Hope I have the opportunity
to read some of them. Really like the idea of a woman
clockmaker.

Re: Soul's Prisoner (8:19am November 22, 2015):

We haven't been able to scale down either, so we continue to make our favorites - (four types of potatoes - mashed, buttered parsley potatoes, German potato salad and sweet potatoes with brown sugar and marshmallows), honey-baked ham, small turkey breast, classic cranberry sauce, green beans, pickled beets and onions, creamy mac and cheese, corn and rice casserole, dressing, deviled eggs, baked buttered parsley carrots, steamed broccoli . . .. Leftovers always go home with family and friends.

Re: The Arrangement (11:04am August 24, 2013):

Love truly does conquer all. I would really enjoy reading The Proposal and your newly published book, The Arrangement! Thank you.

Re: Ward Against Death (8:24am August 27, 2011):

I've always wanted to work for the government in some capacity doing research - information based. Crazy after so many years that desire is still there.

Re: The Bone House (2:35pm August 22, 2011):

I haven't read any of your books yet but your post served as an introduction to your works for me. This sounds like a great read.

Re: Fall From Pride (1:20pm August 20, 2011):

You've definitely sparked in interest in the Amish. I live in Kentucky and recently visited a Shaker establishment. I think I'll put the Amish on my list of places to visit. Thanks for the post and I would enjoy reading one of your Amish books. Linda

Re: Undead And Undermined (9:18pm July 22, 2011):

Wow - what a great post! You put a smile on my face! Would love to read Undead and Undermined. I haven't read any of your books as yet, but after reading your post you're writing is sure to be entertaining!

Re: Missing Persons (2:39pm June 25, 2011):

Your book sounds like a great read. With your experience as a reporter and interviewing killers, I look forward to reading about Kate Conway.

Re: Hard Bitten (9:59pm June 14, 2011):

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I'm fortunate to live in a city filled with bookstores and several libraries. I'll have to check out your recommendations. Thanks again.

Re: Forced to Kill (12:51pm June 4, 2011):

I don't know any "seals" but two of my husband's brothers were in the seabees in the 60's and he was on an aircraft carrier. Had an opportunity to visit the Midway several years ago, and was I in awe! Your books sound great. Thanks for the blog.

Re: A Courtesan's Guide to Getting Your Man (6:45pm May 26, 2011):

Can't wait to read! Love your take on the sins -

Re: Ashes Of The Earth (7:08pm May 17, 2011):

Perhaps a post apocalyptic world might consist of survivors who have mutated. The very fact that they can survive under horrendous conditions would change their makeup and humans as we once knew them would no longer exist - would there be any hope for reversal? Boy did I just go way out there :) Maybe this is one of those "wild fictions" someone mentioned earlier.

Re: Grimoire (8:41am May 15, 2011):

I agree with your take on secondary characters. I truly enjoy reading books in a series! I have on more than one occasion found the secondary character to be more interesting and anxiously await another book being put out with the secondary character's own adventure. I've read so many good series! I prefer a good book to never end and anxiously await the continuation . . .

Re: Already Home (5:37pm May 11, 2011):

I love to cook but sometimes too exhausted at the end of a long work day to put forth the effort. I have a few cookbooks on my shelf and have found some really good recipes in the Gooseberry Patch Cookbooks. A few more of my favorite cookbooks are "Tennessee Tables" and "Candlelight and Wisteria" - both southern recipe cookbooks. I haven't seen Debbie Macomber's cookbook but from your reviews it sounds like one to check out. I only go for the more challenging recipe when my taste buds tell me they won't be satisfied until I try it. It really has to be appealing for me to put forth that kind of effort.

Re: Heart of Deception (7:02pm April 29, 2011):

I love hats! Women love to show their taste in hats at the Kentucky Derby. Everyone loves to see the creations. Even the men participate.

Re: The Irish Princess (9:09pm February 1, 2011):

I'm having flashbacks of Erroll Flynn and Maureen O'Hara - the swashbuckler and the redhead. This sounds like a great book to read!

Re: Haunting Jasmine (1:56pm January 30, 2011):

How fortunate for us readers that you've turned that wonderful sense of imagination into a gift that is shared through your books. Thank you!

Re: At Hidden Falls (6:50pm January 25, 2011):

I was the only child in my household growing up and I filled my time with reading. I can remember one of my favorite books being about Mythology. What an escape! At some point in my adult life I picked up a National Geographic Magazine and read an article on Tolstoy. I don't think I've been the same after reading "Anna Karenina", by Tolstoy. My reading has become very eclectic. There is not one particular genre I can say I love more than another. I just love to read!! Reading provides an escape, an education, a time to relax, excitement, suspense, etc. - I am so lucky to have a love for reading and what it adds to my life.

Re: I Dream of Genies (9:49pm January 5, 2011):

Everyone could use a little magic in their lives - Can't wait to read.

Re: Against The Wind (10:46am January 3, 2011):

I really enjoy trilogies. When you become engrossed in a book and are introduced to it's characters, you want the stories of their lives to continue. It makes for very entertaining reading. I'm always interested in how the author will make the next book in a trilogy as entertaining (if not more) than the first book. I'm always positive that I won't be disappointed and therefore always look forward to new releases.

Re: The Christmas Clock (7:01pm November 15, 2010):

Would love to read your book The Christmas Clock.
Thanks,
Linda Leonard

Re: Desire Me (6:23pm June 8, 2010):

I'll never forget the shock I got when I looked over my teens scavenger hunt list and asked what roadkill was.
