Re: Her Forbidden Hero (12:09pm June 19, 2012):

Oh absolutely! I am so disappointed if an author hasn't done
the right research or completely misses a character's
motivations. Completely and utterly important :)

Re: Dangerous Highlander (11:33pm January 4, 2010):

Donna, I honestly had no idea you couldn't choose the title of your own book!! That's really sad to me...it's like having a baby but then having your crazy neighbor down the street name it. BUT I do love the covers and your titles, so I guess the crazy neighbor is kinda cool! :)

Re: Tie Me Down (11:35pm September 4, 2009):

I <3 St. Louis - Best city in the world in my opinion. :)

GREAT post and loving the scavenger hunt...Awesome idea!

Re: The Perfect Couple (12:04pm August 10, 2009):

I think I'm doing pretty good on my favorite authors. There are a few that I've wondered when their going to have their new book out but none that I've missed too terribly bad.

I've been incredibly lucky that most of my favorite authors are still publishing awesome stuff!

Re: Bad Moon Rising (11:46pm August 9, 2009):

Ugh! So so jealous you got to meet Sherrilyn Kenyon. She's one of my favorite authors...beyond compare really. Her books are hot, sexy, smart, fast-paced, and you love the characters.

It sounds like you had a GREAT time! :) Super jealous!

Re: Nothing But Scandal (3:39pm August 7, 2009):

Hi Allegra!! :) Loved your post today. Sometimes I place myself in the heroine's shoes..but more often than not I just imagine the story in my head as a mini-movie. :)

I'm a pretty bad-ass heroine in my own life though!!

Re: Seduce Me (5:01pm July 29, 2009):

:) Loved the 12 steps...and it was kind of funny, but
I truly believe it to be true! Neat post!

Re: Object of Desire (9:33am July 9, 2009):

Happy release! :D Your book sounds fun. The blog today was delightful, it made me giggle. :) Congratulations!

Re: The Guernsey Literary And Potato Peel Pie Society (10:08pm July 5, 2009):

I couldn't get into the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton..I've tried twice but just havn't been able to. I've even met Laurell and she's a lot of fun...but just couldn't do the series. :(

Re: Master Of Craving (11:06pm May 27, 2009):

Howdy Karen! :) Been seein' ya everywhere in the blog world...The new book looks fabulous.

With excess energy, I always either do dishes or walk my dog. :) Both are good for me in the long run and get chores done!! :D

Re: My Forbidden Desire (2:21pm May 25, 2009):

:) I spot mistakes too and hate it when I let it bother me! I hadn't thought about werewolfs like this before, but now I definetly will! :)

Re: The Texas Twins (11:59pm May 11, 2009):

Hi Tina!! :) Happy to see you here at Freshfiction!

I'm not a writer but your words ring true on so many levels. Hang on to your dreams because LIFE is a journey!

I haven't seen that John Wayne movie...but I do love me some John Wayne. Just a few days ago I caught an old JW movie and even though I'm not much on older movies, I stayed on that channel for the entire time. Kind of surprised myself! :)

Great blog post and looking forward to your newest story. It looks great!

Re: Let It Ride (11:55pm May 11, 2009):

Things to do this summer...Read outside, go out with friends, Deep clean my house...and hopefully walk my dog EVERY night instead only only 2 or 3 times a week.

Doesn't sound like much but it is kind of hard!!

Re: Sea Lord (1:23pm May 5, 2009):

Love that you've given that much care into your heroine! I hate it when authors write younger heroines (early 20s..the same age as me) and make them sooo crazy or indecisive. Sure we have some growing up to do still, but don't go over the top with it.

Thank you for putting some thought into it!

Happy Cinco De Mayo!

Re: Wild Heat (11:06pm May 3, 2009):

Wow! I've been out of the loop! Just wanted to say though I loved your entry! I work in a library now, but some of my earliest memories too are of me and my mom going to the library. My bookbag was always mine and before we went in, my library card was my posession which I dutifully gave back after checking out.

Now I'm an awesome, hot, chic librarian :)

If anyone hasn't tried a Bella Andre book, Please go get one immediately! They are fantastic! Like ice cream..only a bit healthier :)

Re: Killer Cuts (11:03pm May 3, 2009):

"Ashes of Midnight" and Mary Balogh's newest book are on my wish lists! Don't they look fabulous!?

Perfect books to start out the summer! :D

Re: Enchanting the Beast (8:31pm April 28, 2009):

How about a jaguar?? Sounds exotic and cute! :)

Re: The Heir's Scandalous Affair (1:30pm April 14, 2009):

Hi Jennifer!! :) Congratulations on getting to write a series about your own characters...and deciding who to write about. I know I love it when I read family stories...you have background and something to look forward to. :)

Re: Rewriting Monday (12:01pm April 7, 2009):

I try to be brave. Sometimes theres moments where I'm like, that's gonna embarrass me down the road...and it probably does, but I don't regret it. Love your post today.

Re: Red-Headed Stepchild (12:33pm April 1, 2009):

I'd rather spend my days ordering things from the home shopping network too :)

I'll be checking this book out!! Sounds so different from what I normally read. :D

Re: Kiss Of Darkness (12:16pm March 27, 2009):

Who doesn't love a good interview with a werewolf?

Very cute and it made me giggle. :D Definetly a good recommendation for your books!

Re: To Beguile A Beast (10:27am March 23, 2009):

Elizabeth, I am really looking forward to your newest book. Your books are ones I always enjoy reading over...Raven Prince is reread by me at least once every two or three months...I almost have it memorized! Leopard Prince was fantastic too. Loved the heroine!

Definetly looking forward to your newest release!

Re: Evil In Carnations (7:36pm March 20, 2009):

:) Totally agree with your great grandma...Thank the lord for a good, decent boring day. Sometimes their the ones that you enjoy the most. :)

Re: Sophie's Secret (9:41am March 19, 2009):

I have absolutely loved the past More than Words volumes! :) I came across the last one by accident at the library and I'm hooked. :D

Congratulations on being part of the anthology. :)

P.s. I really enjoyed your first three books in your series :) Glad your returning!

Re: Barbie & the Beast (10:58pm March 18, 2009):

:) This book looks super cute! I liked Barbie when I was littler but I hated her shoes! I don't think she ever had a pair of shoes on when she was at my house. :) Thanks for the giveaway!!

Re: The Deepest Cut (2:39pm March 14, 2009):

Hallelujiah on knowing the difference between good and bad advice! More power to ya! :) I also love that one of the commandments is to write every day. I'm not a writer, but I'm a happy reader and I loved this! :D

Re: Intimate Beings (1:25pm March 12, 2009):

Such a wonderful blog. You brought a tear to my eye.

Re: Simple Wishes (4:36pm March 11, 2009):

Who doesn't love a hot, sexy carpenter living next door?? :) My kind of perfect habitat!! Sounds good Lisa. :D

Re: Scandal (4:03pm March 9, 2009):

Robin - Just saw your comment and wanted to let you know that I LOVED "Lord of Scoundrels"!! I was just re-reading it this morning. :)

Re: The Club (4:00pm March 9, 2009):

:) My mom got me to reading too. She would read to me when I was smaller, always took me to the library every Friday, and when I was older would recommend authors. Now that I work in a library, I bring her books home! She hasn't had to go to the library or go to a bookstore in the six years I've worked at the library but always has a steady stream of books. :)

Loved your article!

I would say your books kind of go more toward the sensual side...I guess I think of "erotic" books to have little story and yours seems to have a well developed story.

Good luck with your new release!

Re: Fury Calls (2:26pm March 7, 2009):

:) I saw this at Wal-Mart today! CONGRATULATIONS!!

Re: Safe By His Side (2:24pm March 7, 2009):

I LOVE to hate REALITY shows! UGH! Who cares who can get in a car and go so far in a certain length of time all while having issues with crazy stuff. Prefer a good ol' scripted show any day!

Re: Scandal (2:21pm March 7, 2009):

I like reading historicals because it's simply soo different than real life but I can still kind of imagine myself doing these things. In paranormals, you can't really see a dragon here or a werewolf there, it's a pretty far reach out. BUT with historicals, I can see myself in that crazy dress and still be removed from normal life. I don't know really how to describe it, but it's fabulous!

Re: Safe By His Side (2:04pm March 5, 2009):

:) I love that your talking about people complaining about vampires...and yet that's what is soo popular! I, myself, love vampire and paranormal books!!
