She is one author that never fails to disappoint. Her ever
evolving worlds and characters seem so real and very a part of
my life in the time am engrossed in the book and even till
much later. There is no stagnant moment in her world.
ARCHANGEL'S HEART is the ninth book of Guild
Hunter series and is just as refreshing as the first
book. I
adore Raphael and Elena's relationship and how they keep
evolving with each book, instead of their relationship
becoming stagnant, we go deeper in their growing love and
understanding of each other. They do not lose their essence,
their very being as they grow as it happens with some other
series with same characters. I love how subtly yet effectively
Ms. Singh touches base with all the characters and their
personal lives. The new insight into Aodhan and how he has
finally becomes to come out of his shell is one of the
highlights. I cannot wait to see how he further evolves and
comes into his own like he was before he was broken.
ARCHANGEL'S HEART is slightly slower in pace then the previous
books, more like a filler before things are expected to pick
up pace again but it is just as compelling. I read it twice
before writing this review and each time ended pulling an
all nighter
because I just could not put it down. All those who haven't
tried this author and series, I urge you to pick it. You will
not regret it. Can't wait for is next in store in the Guild
Hunter series.
