ACCIDENTALLY IN LOVE WITH THE BIKER by Teri Anne Stanley
is part of Entangled's What Happens in Vegas series,
which includes stories by various authors. Each story
takes place at the same romance convention in Las Vegas,
but are otherwise unconnected. Although this is the first
book I've read by Teri Anne Stanley, I would love to read
more. There is a lot of humor in ACCIDENTALLY IN LOVE
WITH THE BIKER that distinguishes it from other romances.
The humor is balanced with the passion.
I love the flirty and unconventional way aspiring romance
author Kellie Dalton bumps into the man of her dreams and
becomes involved with him. Pretend romantic relationships
that turn into real ones are a favorite trope of mine,
and ACCIDENTALLY IN LOVE WITH THE BIKER delivers. The
crazy and fun situations Kellie and Quinn wind up in
make the story fly by. Although they haven't known each
other long, I like how Teri Anne Stanley has the
characters really get to know each other's souls, rather
than just getting together physically. I love how Quinn
encourages Kellie to make her dream of being a
professional writer come true, and Kelli validates him as
an artist and craftsman when it comes to building custom
bikes.
This biker hero is not part of a motorcycle club, but a
hardworking and super-sexy small business owner. Quinn
Anderson is much more than a guy who looks good in
leather, and over the course of the book the heroine
discovers his hidden depths. Kellie is a great character
and very sympathetic, but Quinn really makes this love
story shine. I was really touched by the effort he went
through to help out somebody who was practically a
stranger, and also by his complicated relationship he has
with his family.
ACCIDENTALLY IN LOVE WITH THE BIKER is a romance that
will make you laugh and make you swoon. This is a story
about two everyday people who have an unexpected yet
exceptional and explosive romance. Everything wraps up in
a satisfying way at the end. I look forward to reading
more stories by Teri Anne Stanley in the future.
Aspiring writer Kellie Dalton needs a man, and fast. When
she’s rear-ended by a sexy-as-sin biker on the way to a
Vegas romance readers convention, she sees her chance. If
he’ll pose as her fake boyfriend long enough to impress a
bestselling author, Kellie has a shot at saving the
bookstore for underprivileged kids she runs back home.
Quinn Anderson doesn’t know what to make of the cute
little writer who stirs his heart and his libido, but he
does know he wants to get better acquainted. And if that
means keeping up their sexy ruse all week, he’s game.
Quinn knows girl like Kellie deserves someone with a
secure future to help with her store, not a guy
struggling to turn a profit on his chopper shop. But if
his motorcycle designs win the big Vegas competition,
he’ll have enough prize money to fund his dreams…and
hers.
