Beatrix has been betrayed and it cost her the only things that
mattered: her husband killed and her daughter taken. After ten
years she has recovered her daughter and now she can get
revenge against those who took her.
As her arm fills up with tattoos that represent those she has
killed in revenge, she ensures there is room for a few
more. Now she is off to Iraq to find the next person on her
list and kill him. Only it's not going to be easy. He is head
of a security team and well protected in a very dangerous
country. Beatrix however is not a normal person. She is good,
very good, and since her time is running short, she is
determined to finish her list and ensure her daughter's
safety.
BLOOD MOON RISING, book two in the the trilogy featuring
Beatrix Rose by Mark Dawson doesn't fail to deliver. The story
is captivating, quickly drawing the reader in and
trapping them in the world of Beatrix. You feel her pain and
understand the reasons for what she is doing, even if at times
it feels a little crazy. The people she is killing are
threatening her child and she has no choice.
I love this series by Mark Dawson and know book three will be
a wonderful conclusion.
Ten years ago, Beatrix Rose headed an off-the-books hit
squad to carry out the dirty work of the British government.
When she discovered that the commander of the squad was
corrupt, he sent five of his assassins to rub her out. But
they failed. Bad mistake.
There were six names on Beatrix’s Kill List. Two have been
accounted for, and she has number three in her sights. But
Bryan Duffy is in Iraq, surrounded by mercenaries, and
there’s no easy way for Beatrix to get to him and no easy
way to get out.
Strap in for Book Two of Mark Dawson’s heart-stopping,
bestselling Beatrix Rose trilogy.
