After inheriting an estate and several millions of dollars from
an aunt in
Paris, Lauren Knight travels to Paris to settle the estate
while her brother
Colton "Cole" fills in at her job at a spa in New York.
Lauren's plan
includes 4 weeks of remaining in Paris to tidy up all the loose
ends and
then return to her job. To secure her position at the all-
exclusive female
spa, her brother fakes being gay. However, plans never seem to
go the
way they are expected.
Lauren's plans are quickly upset when she meets the gorgeous
French
photographer Andre Beauchamp. Andre Beachamp offers to be her
tour guide to the
Eiffel Tower and other famous sights of Paris, and Lauren is
spending more
time with the sexy man—with most of it in bed! Andre has
no intentions of
striking up a relationship with any woman but is completely
taken by the
beautiful American woman. Lauren is quickly
captured by Andre's attentive love making and saddened at the
thought
she must leave at the end of the four weeks and return to her
life in New
York. It doesn't take her that long to realize this is the real
deal. How
can she leave him behind?
The first book I read by Mia London was PERFECT SEDUCTION, the
story of Colton and his love
life. It is the first in the Perfect series. PERFECT
SURRENDER, the second in the
Perfect series takes a different turn by focusing on
Lauren and the most
romantic place on earth...Paris. If lots of hot, steamy,
explicit sex is what you
want, PERFECT SURRENDER is the one for you. There is plenty
throughout
the story, and possibly a little more than I would normally
enjoy. PERFECT SURRENDER
is well-written and interesting with the history and sights of
Paris. Mia London is gifted at keeping the reader's attention.
Settle down with PERFECT SURRENDER
for one arousing read.
She denied herself. Lied to herself. And she was
miserable.
Lauren Knight had the best plan. She and her brother had
inherited an estate worth millions from an aunt who’d lived
in Paris. She’d go to Paris for four weeks to settle the
estate. How lucky can one girl be? In her absence, her
brother would take over for her and manage the spa. Just one
minor detail--he’d need to act gay. Since it was only for
four weeks, she figured it would all be a cake-walk. Until
she met Andre.
As Andre Beauchamp snapped a few pictures from the top of
the Eiffel Tower, he had no idea he would become the savior
to a scared, albeit, lovely American woman. He was
inexplicably drawn to Lauren, and despite her very short
stay in Paris, he found himself falling for her.
One week in Paris and Lauren already wished she could stay
longer. She loved spending time with Andre, but when her
world came crashing down around her, so had no choice. She
had to return to the States, and leave Andre behind. Forever.
