Romance Suspense
Colonel Michael Gibson of Delta Force fights terrorists
through the close
secreted unit, an elite group of men and women always
completing their
missions undercover. The quiet leader is exact and a pro
at what he does
with little to rattle him. At least until Captain Claudia
Jean Casperson of
the U.S. Army's 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment
known as
the Night Stalkers arrives in the Gulf of Aden, joining
his group. Another
exceptional hotshot helicopter pilot is just what is
needed to save their
sorry asses after their assignment is completed.
Considered a one-woman jet fighter, this babe in armor is
the best at
yielding the artillery and setting her Little Bird in the
smallest of places.
Claudia is one of the five women in SOAR now aboard the
USS Peleliu, a
mammoth ship from which they work. Immediately thrown
into action,
she is part of a unit working three separate strikes in
one night, capturing thirty-eight
hostages in three different strikes in southern Somali.
With stealth and
expertise, all are rescued amid fireworks and darkness
with no loss to the
team. Admiring the Colonel is only the beginning.
Claudia's first surprise
kiss to Michael sets his blood on fire, thus the beginning
of something
unexpected and hot. Not just evolving into hot and heavy
sex but the
uncanny feelings of closeness they share is something
neither has every
allowed to happen. Love in the top of USS Peleliu to the
limbs of the
mammoth 382-foot Redwood "Nell" is something neither will
forget.
Michael has never trusted another person to accompany him
to his
precious redwoods. A very critical assignment with Claudia
in charge
leaves Michael with thoughts of loss that he can't endure.
Will either be
able to give their soul with the idea that any day they
might have to face
loss of the one person they love?
BRING ON THE DUSK is another of M.L. Buchman's stories of
military romantic suspense. You
will never find a book with more technical information
regarding
helicopters, special ops and war between countries than in
this one.
Excitement and mystery at every page will definitely keep
you on the edge
of your seat. Buchman definitely knows his military
machinery and
equipment, down to the last bolt. The pages are filled
with tons of
acronyms and technical information to riddle the brain.
BRING ON THE DUSK is one terrific
story between two dedicated professionals dealing with
top-secret life-
threatening missions and sizzling hot love. An
exceptionally graphic and
realistic portrayal of the lives of our Special Forces at
hand.
