Romance

Meagan is coming up on her thirtieth birthday. Meagan has not accomplished her goals, getting married, and having children. The biggest problem is she is always finding the wrong man. Meagan needs to find Mister Safe and Right, not Mr. Wrong or Mr. Bad Guy.

Reed Porter, an army captain is a thrill seeker; he loves to FEEL THE RUSH. When Meagan moves in next door to Reed, he realizes that she looks very familiar. Meagan knows right away where she knows Reed from. After breaking up with her collage sweetheart, she had a great one night stand with Reed.

Meagan decides that she is going to try and get a little revenge on Reed. Meagan is going to tempt Reed just enough and than blow him off. Reed now remembers Meagan, and tries his best to ask for her forgiveness. Megan tells him that they can only be friends and nothing more. The attraction is too great for both of them to ignore.

Reed has a deep dark secret that makes him takes so many changes with his life. He keeps this secret close to his heart. Meagan doesn't want to give her heart to Reed as she knows that he is a combination of Mr. Wrong and Mr. Bad Guy. As much as they both try to remain friends the attraction just keeps getting them in bed. Than Meagan finds out that she is pregnant, she wants the baby, but knows that Reed would never want to be tried down. In a twist of fate Meagan loses the baby, and runs back home to her parents. Reed knows how he feels, and worries over whether or not he can get Megan back.

Kelsie Leverich's book is written very well. Kelsie brings into FEEL THE RUSH a lot of heart on both of the two main characters. Kelsie also introduces several other characters who are interacting with Meagan and Reed. I would like to know more about the characters backstories. Kelsie's next book A Beautiful Attractions sounds just as good as this one. I can't wait for it to come out.

SUMMARY

Picking the wrong men is a talent Meagan Mitchell has perfected. She's sweet, confident, beautiful - and single. With her thirtieth birthday sneaking up on her, she needs a new plan. No more Mr. Wrongs or Mr. Bads. It's time to find Mr. Safe....

Army captain Reed Porter lives for the thrill-an Airborne Jumpmaster with a rush addiction. He's sexy and playful, and he quickly tempts Meagan with his rich Southern drawl and sinful looks. But slowing down and settling down are not on his agenda, making him exactly the type of man Meagan wants to avoid.¦

As their undeniable attraction heats up, Meagan has to decide if she's willing to risk everything on a chance at love with a reckless charmer. Is she brave enough to bet her future-and her heart-on Mr. Thrill? Or will Reed finally learn that the feeling of a safe landing is just as addicting as the rush of the fall?
