Everyone in town is called on to participate as the
community theater puts on a production of Midsummer Night's
Dream. Only a few roles are being played by professional
actors. Robbie Vine is a real ladies man. His former
girlfriend is in the cast as is his ex-wife. He flirts with
Lindsey who's on again off again relationship with Sully is
off right now. Lindsey isn't interested but that doesn't
stop Robbie's flirting.
There are several accidents in which Robbie is nearly killed
and then he is killed. The show must go on but the problems
continue and everyone is convinced the show is jinxed.
Lindsey inserts herself into the investigation and what she
learns will lead to the killer attempting to kill Lindsey.
Ms. McKinlay is a favorite author. She has three series
going on but she manages to keep them fresh and exciting.
The Library Lover's Mystery series is consistently
high
quality with some amusing moments scattered among the more
serious events as Lindsey gets closer to the killer's
