THE MASTER UNDONE by Lisa Renee Jones is not what I would call
a journal, more a short story, only 66 pages, told from
Rebecca's masters point of view.
THE MASTER UNDONE takes place between BEING ME and
REVEALING
US. Since these books have to be read in order I am going
to assume that if you are reading this review I am not
about to give any spoilers away.
Mark is reeling from finding out that Rebecca is dead and
by who has confessed to killing her. Within
48 hours of finding this out, Mark is on a plane to New
York to see his mother before she goes into surgery. He is
picked up from the airport by the newest member of Riptide,
Crystal Smith. She has basically become his mother's right
hand in the three short weeks she has been there. Crystal
is smart, beautiful and a no nonsense take charge woman.
Mark is instantly intrigued. But he reminds himself he is
in New York for one reason only, and Crystal is so not his
type. She is more a dominant than a submissive, and he does
not do female doms. I cannot tell you more about THE MASTER
UNDONE without giving away the whole book, so you will just
have to read it for yourself. You will not be disappointed
to seeing another side of Mark, and Crystal will have you
shouting, "You Go Girl".
