Romance Contemporary

Juliet Lamprey's life is going well. Her bakery Tart is a success and with her business taking off she wants to expand to using local grown products. Juliet reaches out to friend and farmer Patrick Carter to arrange a deal to use his fresh fruit and honey for her tasty treats. But it's Juliet who is in for a treat when she arrives to the farm and finds childhood friend and Patrick's grandson Gideon on his front porch. Juliet didn't remember Gideon being so delectable in blue jeans and boots but right now all she can think of is what it would be like to take a bite of the scrumptious Gideon.

Gideon has come to help run his grandfather's farm, to get far away from his ex-wife and build a new life for himself. Gideon is looking forward to bringing new advancements and changes to the farm but once Juliet saunters up to their porch carrying her mouthwatering desserts he has a one track mind. Gideon wants to discover if Juliet tastes as sweet as she looks.

Local attorney Cal Whaley knows that Juliet has wanted him for years but he has kept his distance thinking he wasn't right for her. Cal has dated a string of guys and girls but no one has been the one. When Cal hears his good friend Gideon is dating Juliet, Cal's instinct to make her his roars to life. Cal takes his chance and kisses Juliet.

Once Cal kisses Juliet, she runs to explain what happened to Gideon. Juliet doesn't want to lose Gideon even though she has dreamed of Cal's kisses for years. Faced with the woman he loves and man he has lusted after Gideon suggests they share. TART is the first full novel in Lauren Dane's new Delicious Series. TART is a spin-off of the Brown Sibling Series and features the three best friends of Gillian. TART lives up to its name with two gorgeous men, one luscious Juliet and steamy succulent sex. I for one needed a fan to keep my cool while reading this delicious novel. Thank you Lauren Dane for another lip-smacking tasty treat that leaves your readers breathless craving more.

SUMMARY

Juliet Lamprey is having the time of her life running her successful bakery, TART, when Gideon Carter comes back into her life. Returning home to help his grandfather run the family on the farm, Gideon is back for good. When they meet again, the spark between them is immediate, and it isn't long before the former childhood friends play catch up in bed. That's not good news for local lawyer Cal Whaley. Though the sexually open but strictly monogamous Cal has loved Jules for a long time, he's hardly ever taken it further than friendship. When he sees her start to fall for Gideon, he knows he has to make his move or risk losing her forever. Who would have anticipated that all three of them would connect on such an intimate level? The trio's scalding liaisons take them places they've never dreamed. But such an intensely passionate and unusual relationship comes with equally as complicated emotions, and when Jules must suddenly leave town, she wonders if she'll have a choice to make when she returns
