I've never read a Nicola Marsh book before, but I am sure
glad I read WEDDING DATE WITH MR.WRONG. It was an awesome
love story and it kept me turning the pages right up to the
very last one. This book takes place in the middle of the
Christmas holidays and that to me, makes it that much
better. This book is about Callie and Archer. Two people who
had one wild week in Capri. After their incredible week
ends they go their separate ways, but neither of them
forgets that special time they had together. Fast forward eight years later and their paths cross
again. We learn that Callie gave her heart to Archer in
the short time they were together. She never really got
over him. He ended it with no promises,no contact, just
walked away and it always bothered her as to why he did. Throughout WEDDING DATE WITH MR. WRONG Callie and Archer
learn things about each other that they never knew. Callie
learns that Archer actually has a heart. He isn't the cold
hearted man she thought he was. She helps Archer see that
he needs to forgive his family for something they did to
him in the past. She shows him that he needs to let them
back into his heart. He teaches her that she needs to let
go of her past as well. They both help each other heal from
things that happened in their pasts and learn to let go. I really enjoyed this book and Nicola Marsh wrapped up all the
story lines by the end of the book. If you are looking for
a sexy feel good book, this is the one for you. The story
flows nicely and was never boring, nor did it drag on.
Nicola Marsh made my heart smile and had me giggling
quite a bit as well. Include WEDDING DATE WITH MR. WRONG in your vacation bags
you won't be sorry.
SUMMARY
Callie Umberto has had enough of dating disasters after the
holiday fling of a lifetime ended abruptly and she swore off
men for good. Now her ex-flame is back in her life. Pro surfer Archer
Flett might be as gorgeous as always, but his commitment
phobia is just as active. She must be out of her mind to
agree to be his date for his brother's wedding! But there's
something about Archer that has always tempted Callie to
throw caution to the wind.
