Colters' Promise

Romance Erotica Sensual

I am a big fan of this series. I love the way Maya Banks brings the Colter's family so vividly to life. Many years have gone by since Holly first met Adam, Ryan, and Ethan and seeing their love still standing strong was a beautiful read.

In COLTER'S PROMISE we are enjoying the holidays with the Colter's. We get glimpses of everyone in this book. It is full of emotions and brings us back into the family. We are treated to a fun and emotional ride with this story and I enjoyed visiting with everyone again. I have come to love each and every one of the characters in this series and it felt as if I was visiting with family as I read this book.

This story is not centered around just one relationship like the previous books but brings us a little of each relationship that we have seen develop in the previous books. Lily must come to terms with her past and let her men help her in dealing with her pregnancy. Holly tackles the impossible and actually cooks and it is a holiday dinner at that! When both Callie and Holly becomes ill we see the family come together even more and we see how much love there truly is in this family.

I am one of those readers that enjoys coming back and revisiting characters in a series and COLTER'S PROMISE does just that. It brings the reader back into the Colter's world.

There is such a bond with everyone in this family it is a tremendous thing to see. We get to see the women and what is happening in their lives and how their men help them through it all, and now it seems another woman will be joining the mix. I cannot wait to see what happens with Max's sister.

There is a lot going on in this COLTER'S PROMISE but not the usual drama that was in the previous books for each relationship. COLTER'S PROMISE is a nice story about the love and trust in the Colter family. I enjoyed this book from start to finish and cannot wait to visit Clyde, Colorado again.
