Forty-one year old veterinarian and animal rights activist,
Katie Woods, finds a cougar passed out at the door of her
clinic. Only the cougar isn't a regular cougar escaped
from the exotic wildlife park from down the road. This
cougar is a man, a young man, with memory issues. A man that
Katie needs fast if she's ever going to be able to channel
her inner accidental cougar before she falls head over tail
for a man who would have Katie as a cougar on all different
levels in ACCIDENTALLY CATTY.
ACCIDENTALLY CATTY is the fifth in the Accidental series by
Dakota Cassidy. It reads well as a standalone and also
brings new blood to the Accidental crew. There are
some long running jokes or references to characters in past
books new readers and fan may not understand, but it
doesn't pull away from the story. I loved the interaction
between Katie and previous Accidental favorites Nina and
Wanda.
ACCIDENTALLY CATTY is a fun read with some meat to it that
will have people looking at you wondering why you're
laughing if you're out in public. Each scene is needed to
make the story well-rounded and full-flavored.
A purrr-fectly scintillating
new novel from the national
bestselling author of
Accidentally Demonic.
Katie Woods never thought she’d be forty-one,
divorced, and thrust back into the dating world. To
start fresh, Katie uproots her veterinary practice to
upstate New York—not exactly the hottest dating
scene on the planet. But when an unconscious
cougar appears at her clinic, Katie’s newly single life
gets a much needed jolt of the supernatural kind.
After Katie examines the cougar and leaves him
caged overnight, she’s shocked to find a big
strapping specimen of young, hot man in its place.
And when the scratch she got during the exam
results in some unnatural side effects, Katie has
more to deal with then her animal attraction to
a much younger guy—she has to figure how to
stop herself from becoming a cougar of the four-legged
variety.
