Christine Feehan's Ghostwalkers fascinate me. I believe it
is because I have always had an interest in the paranormal
and psychic phenomenon from an early age. I have been
avidly reading these books since the first one was
published. I thought that maybe I would get burned out
with reading so much paranormal, but no such chance! It just
fuels my imagination all the more.
Jess Calhoun is an ex-Navy SEAL who lost his ability to use
his legs in a horrible torture session. He hasn't let this
stop him in the least. He is doing everything in his power
to regain the use of his legs and his ability to help his
team.
Saber Wynter needs a job. She applies for a job with the
radio station that Jess owns with his sister. She has
special abilities and she has escaped from one of Dr.
Whitney's special compounds. She cannot stay in one place
too long but for some reason feels very safe in Jess' home
and in his presence.
At first, neither Jess nor Saber knows what each is but as
they grow closer, they begin to suspect there is more than
meets the eye. The Ghostwalkers know the evil Whitney
created more than one team, and he created mates for each of
the Ghostwalkers, able to enhance their abilities. They
believe that he is waiting for one of the Ghostwalkers to
have a child, so he can kidnap and experiment on it.
They will do everything in their power to stop this madman
from his horrifying experiments.
Talk about action packed! These books don't stop from page
one until the ending! Whew, I'm totally wrung out after
reading one of these exhilarating books! All I know is I
just keep coming back for more.
Saber Wynter is running from her past when she meets ex-
Navy SEAL and Ghostwalker Jess Calhoun. But the riddles of
both their pasts are about to collide, shattering the
promise of their future with the ultimate betrayal.
