"Save the Earth women." As last words go, these are
attention-getting. They certainly grab the attention of
Latino vampire detective Felix Gomez. But as last words go,
they are not a lot of help.
"Save the Earth women" and "Find Goodman" are just about
all that the dying alien has given Felix to go on. With
more than one crazy case already under his belt, Felix
takes the money and the case, and after sending his E.T.
pal home to the big spaceship in the sky (literally), Felix
motors off to Key West in search of clues.
Once there, it's not long before Felix hooks up with sexy
Carmen Arellano, fellow vampire and quite the party girl.
The good times with Carmen and her friends come to a
screeching halt, however, when corpses and aliens hit the
beaches with sudden and deadly impact.
THE UNDEAD KAMA SUTRA goes off in a lot of different, and
wild, directions. Even so, the story is fun and fast-paced
with Felix squaring off with aliens who have no idea what
vampires are. The aliens have infiltrated our society, but
evidently they don't have time to read much popular
fiction! Felix, still in the early days of being a vampire,
is trying to cope with his new state of existence. Carmen
tries to help him with that, too, in her own way. The book
ends with a setup for a sequel, which I'm sure will be just
as much insane fun as its predecessors in the series.
The aliens are back in a fiendish conspiracy to kidnap
earth women. Only Felix stands between these extra
terrestrial gangsters and their hapless prey.
