Every day from now through the end of the year, we’ll be sharing our reviewers’ favorite reads
of 2018. A different genre will be featured every day! We’ll share why these books were some
of our favorites and what made them so special. We hope you’ll share yours in the comments,
too!
Today, let’s chat about our favorite women’s fiction novels (that may or may not overlap into
other categories… but what list is perfect, right? LOL) of this year. What do you think?

I love one woman's journey for single life in a coastal town to adventure on the high seas as
she seeks her pirate queen ancestor. Who wouldn't want to ditch the humdrum life and
explore?

This is a 2018 paperback release of a 2017 novel, and I immediately loved and hated the title
character. She's so specific and certainly has her reasons, and she's one of those characters
who will be remembered for years to come. I loved watching her figure out how to navigate
life, which she had essentially been living on auto-pilot. A great book club book, and one I
won't soon forget.

Just reminiscing about this book makes so many feelings come to the surface. In BEFORE I
LET YOU GO Kelly Rimmer makes you stop and think hard about the fact that she has
hammered in a message here. One you won’t forget and perhaps leave you with something to
chew on. Amazing and enlightening and entertaining and Kelly Rimmer at her best.

If I had to pick between Nathan and Teddy Roosevelt, the adorable dog, I would have to think
twice. Sweet and loving book.

This book took me by surprise. I had never read a book by the author before. However, this
story about a mother's love for her child and what she would do for her is heartbreaking.
