I just wanted to encourage everyone to remember what's important this holiday
season. It's not the latest version of Nintendo or Xbox, the next new craze in
the toy world, or the coolest new gadget from the folks at Apple. It's the
people we create the memories with. And having just lost one of those people two
days before Thanksgiving, I can vouch for how important it is to hold your loved
ones close and the memories you create together closer.
What I will always remember about my aunt is her wackiness and her incredible,
full-bodied laugh that had you laughing along with her, no matter the
circumstances.

Yes! My 87 year old grandmother is sick this year. It is probably our last year to have her with us. I am just glad my sister's kids (I don't have any & won't) got to know her. She is such a special lady and has given us so much. It is hard to watch her body decline while her mind does not accept the she can't still do everything as she always has. Everyone should stop a minute and give thanks for those they still have with them.
