Here is a perfect "cool" dessert for the hot days of summer!
LEMONADE PIE
6 oz. or larger frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
1 can Eagle Brand milk (low-fat)
12 oz. Cool Whip (fat-free)
2 regular-sized graham cracker crusts
Mix milk and lemonade together. Fold in Cool whip. Spoon into pie shells.
Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafer crumbs. Refrigerate.
