NOTES : Sometimes I roll dough alittle thicker for puffier cookies. These are delicious and a holiday tradition for the grandkids....they get to decorate them. I put a clean white sheet over my dining room table, put candy sprinkles, raisins, small bowls of icing, and lots of cookie cutters in the center of the table. Then I portion out the dough, and let them roll it out and I bake them. I did this with my children when they were young, now their children and I hope someday my great-grandchildren. We play Christmas music and have alot of fun together. Makes alot.
