Mayan Hot Chocolate

• In a double boiler, melt four squares of 75% chocolate (I use Lindt) in 1 or 2 teaspoons of water.
• Add a dash of red pepper, a dash of cinnamon, and sugar to taste.
• Add six ounces of milk and stir till the mixture is heated through. (DO NOT BOIL. It spoils the milk).
