“Seriously funny, wickedly entertaining. Davis gets me every time.” – Janet Evanovich

It’s convention season at the Bellissimo Resort and Casino and Davis Way Cole barely notices. It’s hard to pay attention when you live in a Jambalaya Junkyard. But when Special Events Coordinator Holder Darby walks off the job just as five hundred Alabama bankers pour in the front door, Davis steps up.

Or would that be in? Definitely in. Davis steps in.

It.

Not only has the convention director vanished, but a certain Bellissimo guest is missing. One who forgot to pack the million dollars he left in the bathtub. It looks like our redhead newlywed Super Secret Spy’s lazy summer is over when the Bellissimo vault is robbed. Can Davis connect the dots before it’s too late? Can she get her Taser gun back from Bianca Sanders? Will she be stuck with Eddie Crawford’s 1962 Cadillac forever? What Davis needs is a little faith. And a lot of luck.

I have just learned about you here on Fresh Fiction and
your books sound like such fun! I know who I'll be trying
next. ;)

I've never been to a book club meeting, but I've sure been to a couple of casinos before!! I love my books, and haven't been to a casino in ages!! Your books sound like such fun, and it sounds like you put your heart and soul into each book that you write!! I have a feeling that I just found a new favorite Author to read!! Thank you for coming here today, and not only letting us know about your books, but letting us know a little bit about how your mind ticks. It's always fun to know that little "extra" behind the books that you want to read, and I have yours on my TBR list!!

That would be an unusual place for a book club meeting but I
would love to do it over the casino buffet!
(
G. Bisbjerg 2:49pm July 21, 2015)

A casino would be a great venue.
(
Deb Philippon 6:56pm July 21, 2015)

Sure.... sounds like fun!
(
Liz Digman 7:50pm July 21, 2015)

Not sure if a casino would be too loud and smokey for a book club. The bathrooms in some casinos are so large and gorgeous maybe a book club could meet in the anteroom.
(
Joanne Hicks 10:08pm July 21, 2015)

This sounds like a very interesting book! Thanks for the contest!
(
Susan Patterson 10:45pm July 21, 2015)

I've never been to a book club but have been to casinos and love them. I love books too , so I bet I would love doing both at one place and time . This book sounds very exciting ,would very much like to read it . Thank you for this great giveaway.
(
Joan Thrasher 10:50am July 22, 2015)

Yes, it would be very stimulating and fun for a new setting.
(
Sharon Berger 12:37pm July 22, 2015)

I'm not sure that I would. I visited Vegas once and the people at the slots were like robots - it gave me the heebie jeebies. I think I would therefore be too uncomfortable for a book club meeting!
(
Lesley Walsh 5:35pm July 22, 2015)

I do not think that kind of setting would be great as it would be too distracting.
(
Jean Benedict 7:00pm July 22, 2015)

I am sure that you would spend a lot less money attending a book club in a
casino & it would be fun in a conference room if one was available.
(
Rachel Kerrinski 8:14pm July 22, 2015)

The books would be fun to read and report on at my Mystery Book Club.
(
Jackie Wisherd 11:09pm July 22, 2015)

casinos and mystery sounds like a winner!
(
MaryEllen Hanneman 6:36pm July 23, 2015)

I booked the Party Bus. Everyone get packed. Biloxi or Bust.
Thanks for having me, Fresh Fiction, thanks to everyone for
stopping by, and GOOD LUCK! --Gretchen

You 're a new Author for me & I'm glad I found you here on
Fresh Fiction. Looking forward to reading about Davis & all

meet at a Book Meeting at the Beau. I love books and I sure do
love Casinos. :)

Casinos to me just don't seem the place for a book club
meeting.
(
Mary Hay 10:35am July 24, 2015)

Sign me up! I love books and casinos!
(
Denise Austin 11:22am July 24, 2015)

Casinos sound fun but not for a Book Club Meeting. Too
noisey and to many distractions.
(
Shirley Sego 3:51pm July 24, 2015)

No but I now have a son who lives in Las Vegas. Could be
interesting to go for a visit.
(
Nancy Luebke 7:59pm July 24, 2015)

Sounds like fun
(
Linda Harrison 8:35pm July 24, 2015)

yes i love books and casinos
(
Debbi Shaw 9:27pm July 24, 2015)

I love books, but I'm not particularly attracted to
casinos. I think a book club meeting in one of the
private dining rooms at Monmouth Park Race Track would
be fun, though. Plenty of time between races for book
club business and horses are so much more fun than
slot machines.
(
Irene Menge 12:18pm July 25, 2015)

What an exciting idea! I would love to attend a book club meeting at a casino. Sounds like a lot of fun.
(
Bonnie H 11:23am July 29, 2015)

I am definitely up for book club at Beau Rivage! Great
interview. Love the Davis Way Crime Capers!
