I currently own 3 cats. Two of them were born literally at my feet. The third one came to us recently, because someone happened to dump them on the property where we live, and she came up to our house, screaming outside of our window, wanting to be let in!! Because it was cold, my Husband was a bit reluctant because of our other 2 cats, but I said to just let her in. She was as tame as could be. Anyway, I could tell you stories about my 3, and see if you could use them for a book. My other 2 are only a couple of years old, so they're still growing, but I have a lot of stories to tell about them already. I'm looking forward to reading your latest book, and think that it's wonderful that you use stories about readers' pets in your books. That's quite an honor for them!! Have a wonderful 2016, and hope to talk by e-mail in the near future about my cats. (Peggy Roberson 6:05am January 5, 2016)
Yes, Max is my granddaughter's Golden. He is 10 years old but nobody has told him that so he thinks he about 2 years old. They adopted a rescue dog but not sure what Taz is. He has adjusted to the family quite well. Yesterday, I was at their house and was petting Taz; he could sit for hours while someone pets him. They are my animals as I do not have any now. I love animals in stories. These are "feel good" books. I have added you to my TBR list foe sure. Thanks for the info. (Leona Olson 8:02am January 5, 2016)
Peggy Roberson, I hope you'll email me about your cats at Krista at KristaDavis dot com. I look forward to hearing about them! (Krista Davis 7:00pm January 5, 2016)
Thank you, Leona! I hope you will enjoy the books! (Krista Davis 7:01pm January 5, 2016)
