Hi Victoria, congrats on the new book! I like it when kids are thrown into the mix, they certainly helps to liven things up. As long as the kids are not totally bratty,then I'm all for having them in romance books.

I can go either way when it comes to kids being in books. It really depends on my mood. There are times when you want to read a real "classic" Romance, and other times when you're in the mood for a more laid-back style of Romance. That's where the kids would come in. Both have their moments, and both are equally as enjoyable. When I started to read your posting about your latest book, it actually made me start to laugh, and I'm looking forward to reading it. Congratulations on your latest book!! I'm sure it will do well.

It really doesn't matter to me . I have six grandchildren ages 20 down to a 4 and 5 years old, when they all are at my house there's not a dull or quite moment ,so children can certainly make things more lively . I've read some very good books with children in them and I would love to read your book. I can imagine the look that Matt Lane would have when he opens the door not expecting to see children .LOL Thanks for this chance to win .

Kids can add a new dimension to a story, but there's times when I like reading just a good ole' love story where the writer focuses on the couple only.

I've read both types of stories. I've read books where the
children were infants and where the children were adults. A
lot depends on the lead characters, and the story itself. In
some books, children can add an extra dimension; in other
books they can feel extraneous to me.

I love reading romance period. They can or cannot include
kids and I'll still enjoy them. Usually kids can make a book a
really fun if written well because you never know what kids
are going to do or say.

Usually having kids in the mix makes the story fuller. I'm a reader who likes
the storyline more than the romance. The romance is the icing on the cake!

I don't care either way. As long as the story fits the
characters, I will enjoy it. I do know that hurting kids in
a story-line, whether it be emotional hurt from a loss of a
parent or whatever really tends to make me more emotional
during the read. Your book sounds very intriguing, it's
been added to my TBR list. Thanks for the opportunity!
