    Lori G. Armstrong

Lori G. Armstrong is a happily married Midwestern housewife with three daughters. She lives in South Dakota—yes, by choice—specifically in Rapid City, which is nestled in the beautiful Black Hills.

After working as a bookkeeper for eleven years, first in the restaurant business and then with her husband’s family in the firearms industry, in 2000 she traded in profit and loss statements to spend more time with her kids. She's written fiction on and off throughout her life.

Lori's crime fiction stories have appeared in the Who Died in Here? anthology, published by Penury Press in 2004 and in the upcoming Country Crimes, City Crimes anthology, a 2005 release from Betancourt & Company. Other stories and articles have been featured in the Rapid City Journal, Black Hills Art Anchor, WaxRomantic and Xodtica magazine.

Lori is a member of Mystery Writers of America, Romance Writers of America, Short Mystery Fiction Society and serves as president for the Black Hills Writers Group.
