Ami Jampolis

Ami Jampolis, M.S, CSCS is the owner of Focus Fitness and a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine as well as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. She has over 17 years experience in the health & fitness industry. Ami holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University. She spent several years working in physical therapy learning injury prevention & rehabilitation which she incorporates into her personal training.
