Jan Witold Baran
Since leaving the Federal Election Commission in 1979, Jan Witold Baran has practiced election law from Washington, D.C. He has represented clients in election law and First Amendment cases before the Supreme Court of the United States, lower courts, the Federal Election Commission, state agencies and the ethics committees of Congress. Jan Baran served on the President's Commission on Federal Ethics Law Reform and as U.S. Ambassador to an international communications conference. In addition to The Election Law Primer for Corporations, he is the author of numerours articles on the subject of law and politics. During the 2000 Florida presidential vote recount, he was alegal analyst for ABC News
