Luke Mangan is a leading international chef with busy restaurants around the world: South Food + Wine in San Francisco, Salt in Tokyo and Glass Brassiere at Sydney's Hilton Hotel. He has created menus for Virgin and Continental Airlines and has appeared on TV in his own show, Appetizing Adventures with Luke Mangan. As the founder and judge of the Electrolux Appetite for Excellence Award, he has also helped to find and nurture emerging talent in the restaurant industry.
