Drue Allen
Drue Allen holds a MA in English and teaches at the collegiate level. She has been a member of RWA for five years, and in that time she has been awarded over thirty RWA chapter awards. Her debut novel is a romantic thriller, THE COST OF LOVE, set in the dusty town of Roswell, New Mexico (Five Star Press). Allen enjoys remote camping in the rugged mountains along the southwestern Texas border, coastal kayaking, and backpacking through the Canadian Rockies. All help her write stories where love and suspense tangle like never before. Plotting feverishly from the safety of her home in the Texas hill country. She is currently a member of the San Antonio chapter of RWA, a PAN member of RWA national, and a member of International Thriller Writers.
