Sallie Foley
Sallie Foley, MSW, is a psychotherapist, author, and lecturer. She teaches at the University of Michigan School of Social Work and is the director of the center for sexual health University of Michigan Health Systems. She is an AASECT certified sex therapist and is on the medical advisory board of the Intersex Society of North America. Foley is frequently interviewed by the media, including appearances on CBS Early Show and CNBC, and is cited in numerous publications for her expertise on sexual dysfunction and its treatment.
Foley co-authored the critically acclaimed book Sex Matters For Women: A complete guide to taking care of your sexual self (Guilford, 2002). Her most recent book Modern Love: A no-nonsense guide to a life of passion (AARP/Sterling, 2006) was released in conjunction with her popular 'Modern Love' column on relationships and sexuality which appears in the national AARP The Magazine.
