Peter Lambrou

Peter Lambrou is a licensed psychologist specializing in anxiety, weight loss, and emotional management. He is a medical hypnotherapist certified by the APMHA and chairman of the Task Force for Psychology and Integrative Medicine at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California. He has maintained a private practice since 1987. Lambrou is the author of award winning books including Instant Emotional Healing: Acupressure for the Emotions. Self-Hypnosis: The Complete Manual for Health and Self-Change has been translated into seven languages. He also co-authored Hyper-Performance.
