Clint Van Zandt
Clint Van Zandt retired from the FBI in 1995 after
twenty-five years of service, ending his career as both the
FBI's Chief Hostage Negotiator and a supervisor in the
Bureau's Behavioral Science Unit that was later immortalized
in The Silence of the Lambs. Upon retirement he
started Van Zandt Associates, Inc. (VZA), an international
threat and risk assessment group. In addition to his
numerous monthly appearances on a wide variety of news
programs, Van Zandt is a regular contributor to The
Abrams Report and has a weekly column on MSNBC.com.
