For nearly three decades, restaurateur MICHAEL TURBACK
operated Turback’s of Ithaca, New York. He was named a
“Rising Star” by Restaurant Hospitality Magazine and his
pioneering concepts have been recognized by the New York
Times, LA Times, Boston Globe, Washington Post, Philadelphia
Inquirer, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Gourmet,
Bon Appetit, and Wine Spectator, among others. Turback lives
in Ithaca, New York.
