Jacquelin Thomas

Jacquelin Thomas was born to be a writer. Both of her parents and one of her aunts are all writers. She also has a first cousin who is a published inspirational-fiction author. Jacquelin is an award-winning, bestselling author of more than 18 novels in print. In addition to writing fiction, she has contributed to the Women of Color Devotional Bible and has written articles for Brides Noir magazine.

Jacquelin started her writing career in the romance genre before answering her heart's call to write books featuring characters that yearn to have an intimate relationship with God. She believes that living wrong is easy, but it becomes a daily challenge for Christians to stay on the right path. All of her books reflect that struggle and center on themes of forgiveness — using God's wisdom to instruct us, protect us and direct us — and also give insight on how we should act when going through trials.

When not writing, Jacquelin enjoys spending time with her family playing Scrabble, Monopoly or Uno.
